Refund policy
At Extra Lavish Hair Co., we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions, wigs, and frontals. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used, worn, installed, washed, altered, brushed, or tampered with in any way. Products must remain in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To review your request, we may require photos of the item, the original packaging, and your order number. Once the issue has been confirmed, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
Colour Disclaimer
We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or device displays. Extra Lavish Hair Co. is not responsible for minor color differences.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier services.
Product Integrity Policy
All Extra Lavish Hair Co. products are carefully inspected before shipment. To be eligible for review, the hair must remain unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the hair has been installed, brushed, combed, cut, dyed, bleached, chemically processed, or altered in any way.
Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
