Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–14 business days, depending on product availability and customization.Some items may require additional preparation time, particularly custom colors or made-to-order products.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods.


Shipping

We currently ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:

• Canada: 3–5 business days

• United States: 3–7 business days

• International: delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been opened, worn, installed, altered, or tampered with.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the situation and assist you.

 

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Extra Lavish Hair Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

However, we will do our best to assist customers in tracking and locating their packages if needed.
